Preschool scholarship funds are limited. In order for the scholarship committee to make an informed and just decision, you are required to complete and submit this form.

 

After submitting, please email the first 2 pages of your most recent tax return to info@JewishBeginningsELC.com. If you have not filed your taxes for this year, please upload last years. If you have not filed your tax return last year, please upload your w2s, 1099, or your most recent paycheck stubs. We will not be able to process your scholarship application until the required documents are sent. If you have any questions, contact the school office at 407-720-8111.
